Over 2 full, immersive days, you’ll learn to guide others into deep resonance and peace, while also journeying inward to nurture your own self-love, nervous system, and energetic alignment.

Here’s how your experience continues after the training:
🔸 21-Day Integration Practice
You’ll be guided through 21 days of reflective journaling to help you stay connected to your practice and deepen your understanding.
🔸 Live Community Check-ins
We’ll gather on Zoom on Day 7 and Day 14 of your integration for a live check-in and Q&A. You’ll have space to ask questions, share experiences, and receive continued support.
🔸 Final Submission for Certification
To complete your certification, you’ll submit a minimum 30-minute crystal bowl sound session video on Day 21, It is your opportunity to show how you’ve embodied the work and found your own voice with the bowls.
This journey is about more than technique, it's about alignment, integration, and showing up fully in your own unique expression.

About Norin
Norin, from Bandung, West Java, and of Sundanese descent, has lived and worked across Europe before settling in Bali in 2014, where she embarked on a journey of self-growth and transformation. She is the founder of Breathe and Sound, and the International Brand Ambassador of Meinl Sonic Energy.
With over 1400hrs of training, Norin is a certified Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Ecstatic Dance DJ, Ceremonialist, and Pranic Healing Practitioner. She offers a holistic approach to healing, guiding others toward balance and inner peace. She has led thousands hour of sessions across Europe and Bali including Breathwork and Sound Healing session for Alo Yoga Wellness Event at Four Season Jimbaran, Suara Festivals at Nuanu and Udara Sunday Festivals.
Norin is passionate about creating safe, transformative spaces where individuals can explore their potential, heal deeply, and rediscover their authentic selves. Her work is a blend of ancient wisdom and modern practices, helping people live more consciously, embrace their true essence, and cultivate lasting wellness.
